I first called and left a message. The sweet young receptionist called me right back to find out what service I needed. (Wash the outside of the windows and screen, Also the inside of my two large patio doors) She got a quote from the owner quickly and I was able to set up an appointment for the job in two days. George arrived at the appointment time. I went over what I needed and he started the job. My windows turn out sparkling clean, the screens were throughly washed and replaced.
